Soon after our founding in 1937, we established Seidouki Kenkyujo (Brake Laboratory). In the following year, we successfully began domestic production of brake rubber cups and brake fluid.
In 1959, Seidouki Kenkyujo (Brake Laboratory) became an independent company, leading to the establishment of Seiken Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. The company supplies brake parts and brake fluid to automobile manufacturers as OEM products, while also providing aftermarket products developed to meet the same level of quality.
As a distributor, we play an important role in promoting high-quality, high-performance Seiken brake parts and brake fluid both in Japan and internationally.

Production & Quality System
Seiken Center

The Seiken Center began operations in September 2024 as the core production base of the Seiken brand.
At this facility, Seiken integrates the entire manufacturing process, from material management and machining to assembly, quality control, and product design and development, ensuring consistent quality and a stable supply system.
The center features fully automated production lines that handle everything from piston component assembly to packaging. Quality assurance is further strengthened through advanced testing equipment, including durability testing systems capable of operating from −70°C to 150°C.
In addition, the facility is equipped to perform ADAS calibration and also supports advanced technical training using dedicated pits for large vehicles.
The Seiken Center plays a vital role in delivering high-quality products reliably to customers in Japan and around the world.

Seiken e-Garage Training Center improves operational efficiency and quality in vehicle inspection, repair, and maintenance, with a strong focus on consultation-based support to help automobile maintenance shops address a wide range of challenges.
We actively conduct product demonstrations, technical training programs, and seminars related to the automotive business, providing practical knowledge that contributes directly to business growth and success.
At the training center, a dedicated training team designs programs tailored to customer needs, continuously supporting skill development and capability enhancement.

In order to drive a car safely, maintenance of brake is essential.
We have produced a text and have held brake workshops for maintenance companies, to help them understand increasingly complex brake mechanisms, to use for routine inspections and maintenance.

Seiken - a very famous name in brake parts, has many counterfeit product imitations, particularly overseas. For the safety and security of our customers, we actively develop brand protection and measures to tackle counterfeit products.
